Membership

Gosford City Aeromodellers Club is always looking at expanding our membership base. If you are looking at joining and have not yet purchased an aircraft, it would be a good idea that you first ask around at the field, or alternatively, check out our starting out page. You are bound to find some useful information, that may well help assist you in getting off to the best start possible. There are many different types of aircraft, engines, and radio systems on the market today, and although most will be sufficient to start off, they may not suit your requirements or desires for the short to long term future in flying. The majority of our membership fee is made up of insurance, which is a must no matter which way you look at it. Our insurance coverage also gives you the ability to visit other affilliated clubs and be able to fly or compete all over Australia. Membership forms can be downloaded from the home page.

Memberships work on a financial calendar year, and are lowered after new year for those who join late.
